Yes, Xiaomi has confirmed that they will host Mi 6X smartphone at the launch event on 25th April. The launch event is at the Wuhan University, in China. Recently, Xiaomi published a teaser which shows the upcoming smartphone Xiaomi Mi 6X details and other key features.
As per the teaser of Mi 6X aka Mi A2, we can see that the device will be available in Blue color and is full metal uni-body design. And there is a dual rear camera setup with a 20-Megapixel sensor which is in iPhone X style.

Xiaomi has said that it will announce the new device at the launch event in China on 25th April. At present, the company Xiaomi has shown the poster which shows the rear view image of the blue color device. The teaser is posted on Chinese microblogging site Weibo which reveals few of the specifications of Mi 6X. The antenna lines are placed at the top and bottom edges of the Mi 6X like Mi 5x or Mi A1.
The device Mi 6X (Mi A2) will have camera sensor of 20 Megapixel at the back. Earlier also the information was leaked and this info was given. Also, the rear camera setup can have 12 Megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor. And on the front side, it can have 20 Megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor.
Recently, Xiaomi Mi 6X was spotted through Firmware leak and was certified by TENNA in China. The expected specifications are it will be powered by the processor Snapdragon 660. The display will be 5.99-inch full-HD with a resolution of 1080×2160. It is said that Mi 6X will come in 4GB RAM, 6GB RAM and 6GB RAM with internal storage of 128GB. The other two will have internal storage of 32GB and 64GB. The battery will be packed with 2910mAh which is lower as compared to other Xioami devices. And the measure is 158.88×75.54×7.3mm.
It supports USB Type-C port and faster-charging.Xiaomi Mi 6X will run on MIUI 9 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. However, in India Mi 6X may launch as Mi A2.
